The following fees are determined by the State of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania Notary Publics are not permitted to charge more than the rates published on the Department of State's website for a notarial stamp. Notary Publics may charge administrative fees, which can vary from notary to notary, to cover their travel and business expenses, as long as they are listed as separate from the State Notary fees.

The following charges are to cover the fees that are assessed to the Notary Public for the use of the RON platforms. They are in addition to any applicable State Notary Fees, Travel Fees, or Administrative Fees.
